Filing 8 ORDER. The Court has conducted an independent review of the Magistrate Judge's findings and conclusions and finds no error. It is therefore ORDERED that the Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation are hereby ADOPTED as the findings and conclusions of the Court. For the reasons stated therein, Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis is DENIED and Plaintiff is ORDERED TO PAY the $400.00 filing fee within thirty (30) days from the date of this Order or Plaintiff's Complaint will be dismissed. Further, it is ORDERED that the above-styled and -numbered civil action is TRANSFERRED back to the docket of the Honorable John R. Parker, United States Magistrate Judge, for further proceedings in accordance with the Court's prior order of transfer entered on November 28, 2022. Filing 7 FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE. For the reasons stated above, the undersigned recommends that Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis be DENIED. If the Senior District Judge denies Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, the undersigned further recommends that Plaintiff be ordered to pay the $400.00 filing fee within thirty (30) days from the date of the order denying her motion to proceed in forma pauperis. It is ORDERED that this case is transferred back to the docket of Senior United States District Judge Sam R. Cummings for review of this Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation and be designated as Civil Action No. 1:22-cv-00178-C. Further, it is RECOMMENDED that the case be transferred back to the docket of the undersigned upon resolution of Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis or otherwise at the discretion of the Senior United States District Judge.
