ORDER DIRECTING SERVICE BY THE UNITED STATES MARSHAL AND FOR DEFENDANTS TO ANSWER TO COMPLAINT AND MOTION FOR EMERGENCY INJUNCTION. The Court orders the Clerk to complete form USM-285 and issue summons to Dr. George Woodward, Shannon Boyd, and Ricky Bishop. The Clerk of the Court shall provide the form USM-285, the completed summons, a copy of the Plaintiff's Complaint #1 , and this order to the USM for each of the named Defendants. Defendants Dr. George Woodward, Shannon Boyd, and Ricky Bishop must file a response to Plaintiff's request for emergency injunctive relief within 10 days after being served and must file a written answer or other responsive pleading within 2l days after being served in accordance with Rule 12 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. PLRA FILING FEE ORDER. Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed in forma pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff will not be assessed an initial partial filing fee because he lacks the requisite funds in his prison account to pay an initial fee; however, plaintiff will be required to pay the full filing fee of $350.00 under the PLRA. Plaintiff must pay the $350.00 in monthly installments as provided in 28U.S.C. 1915(b)(2).
