ORDER. The Court finds that Trejo has failed to demonstrate that service by a person authorized under Rule 4(c)(2) is unfeasible or that service by a marshal is otherwise necessary. Thus, Trejo must bear the responsibility of effecting service on Defendants asprovided for in Rule 4. See generally FED. R. CIV. P. 4(c)(1) (The plaintiff is responsible for having the summons and complaint served within the time allowed by Rule 4(m) and must furnish the necessary copies to the person who makes service.).
