ORDER TRANSFERRING THE CASE TO THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE Plaintiff, acting pro se, filed a civil-rights complaint. After an initial review under 28 U.S.C. 1915, the Court is of the opinion that this case should be transferred to the docket of the Honorable John R. PLRA FILING FEE ORDER. Plaintiff is granted leave to proceed informa pauperis under 28 U.S.C. 1915. Plaintiff will not be assessed an initial partial filing fee because he lacks the requisite funds in his prison account to pay an initial fee; however, plaintiff will be required to pay the full filing fee of $350.00 under the PLRA. Plaintiff must pay the $350.00 in monthly installments as provided in 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(2). He filed a request to proceed in forma pauperis, but he did not submit a completed certificate of his inmate trust account with authorization. Therefore, by June 5, 2023 (30 days), Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the $402 filing fee or file the required certificate of inmate trust account with authorization. Plaintiff's failure to comply with this order may result in the dismissal of this action under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
