ORDER. In the interest of justice, for the reasons stated in the Cowhand's fllings and in light of the parties' consent, the Court orders that this case be transferred to the San Angelo Division of the Northern District of Texas. The Clerk of Court shall effect the transfer according to the usual procedure.
