SHOW CAUSE ORDER. On January 2, 2024, the Court ordered Plaintiff to file an amended complaint on the proper form and either pay the filing fee of $405.00 or file an Application to Proceed in Forma Pauperis and a certified copy of his inmate trust account statement within 30 days from the date of that Order (by February 1, 2024). Although the Court provided Plaintiff the forms necessary to comply, to date, Plaintiff has not complied with the Court's Order. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have 20 days from the date of this Order to file a complete amended complaint on the form provided by the Court and either pay the $405.00 filing fee or file an application to proceed in forma pauperis with a certified copy of his inmate trust account.
