Filing 6 **DISREGARD FILED IN INCORRECT CASE** ORDER. The Court initially stayed this case in December 2021. Dkt. No. 51 . In November 2022, the defendants moved to lift the stay. Dkt. No. 52 . After briefing was complete, the Court denied the motion to lift the stay because the bankruptcy proceedings had not concluded. Dkt. No. 56 . More than a year has passed since that Order. See id. Therefore, the Court orders the parties to file a joint report as to the status of this case by no later than February 22, 2024.
