July 23, 2013	Filing 29 Order Adopting 26 Findings of Fact - The Court is of the opinion that pltf's objections should be overruled and the Finding of Fact of the US Magistrate Judge should be adopted by the US District Court. This Court, therefore, does hereby ado pt the Findings of Fact of the US Magistrate Judge in this case that pltf did not deliver the Notice of Appeal in this case to prison officials on or before 1/10/13 and that the evidence shows pltf deposited his Notice of Appeal into the internal mai l system of the Segovia Unit on or about 1/15/13. Clerk will transmit a copy of this Order to the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in order to supplement the record on appeal in this cause.
