ORDER: The motion for extension (ECF No. 2) is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that this action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for want of jurisdiction. Petitioner may re-urge his motion, if needed as the deadline for filing his habeas gets closer, and/or file a skeletal Section 2255 motion on the enclosed form. The Court further ORDERS that the Clerk of Court send a copy of this Order, together with the Court-approved forms for initiating a 28 U.S.C. 2255 habeas action to the Petitioner.
