ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant Alicea Ferguson's Motion to Abstain and to Remand ("Motion") (ECF No. 6), filed on November 21, 2022. Having considered the Motion, briefing, and relevant law, the Court GRANTS the Motion IN PART. The Court ORDERS that this civil action be remanded to the Randall County Court at Law No. 2 from which it was removed. Defendant's Emergency Motion and Application for Temporary Restraining Order and Temporary Ex Parte Protective Order (ECF No. 7) are denied as moot. (Ordered by Judge Matthew J.
