Under the authority of Miscellaneous Order No. 6, this action is transferred to the Amarillo Division, where venue is proper. See 28 U.S.C. 1404(a). Plaintiff, a state inmate, filed this pro se civil rights action against prison officials at the Clements Unit within the Amarillo Division, complaining of injuries stemming from an inmate assault and denial of medical care.
