The Court assesses an initial partial filing fee of $12.00 and the agency having custody of Plaintiff shall forward the amount of such initial partial filing fee forthwith. Clerk to mail this order to the attention of the Inmate Trust Fund Department at the facility where the inmate resides. If the inmate is housed in a Residential Reentry Center - RRC, Clerk to mail this order to the Director of Corrections at the address of the petitioner.
