Because Plaintiff's initial complaint was deficient, the Court granted that motion on November 19, 2025. ECF No. 6. The November 19 Order stated that Plaintiff had "ninety days from the date of th[at] Order to file a complaint in this case." Because Plaintiff has not yet filed a proper complaint or otherwise acknowledged the November 19 Order, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice to refiling. (Ordered by Judge Matthew J.
