ORDER: On November 14, 2025, Plaintiff Vicker Sichanthavong filed a motion to extend the time to file a complaint in this case. ECF No. 5. Because Plaintiff's initial complaint was deficient, the Court granted that motion on November 19, 2025. ECF No. 6. The November 19 Order stated that Plaintiff had "ninety days from the date of th[at] Order to file a complaint in this case."
