Memorandum Opinion and Order granting in part and denying in part 8 Motion to Dismiss filed by Net Direct Systems LLC. All of the plaintiff's claims against Net Direct, save the breach of contract claim, are DISMISSED for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted.
