MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER denying 51 Sealed Joint Motion to File Settlement Under Seal. The court will allow the parties 14 days from the date of the memorandum opinion and order to advise the court whether they continue to request approval of the settlement, with the understanding that the settlement will be approved, but the settlement agreement will be unsealed.
