MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court enters a DEFAULT JUDGMENT against the Defendant, Alejandro Valdovinos d/b/a Alex Trim Carpenter, in this case. The Clerk of Court is directed not to close this case until the Court has had an opportunity to d etermine damages, including attorney's fees incurred as a result of the Defendant's default. Plaintiff is ORDERED to submit briefing, which is to include evidence concerning damages and attorney's fees no later than 8/10/2012. (Ordered by Judge Jane J Boyle on 7/9/2012) (tln)
