MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. The court grants in part Westwood College's 27 1/25/2012 motion for summary judgment as to Tesso's discrimination and retaliation claims and raises sua sponte that Westwood College is entitled to summary jud gment as to the balance of the grounds of Tesso's discrimination and retaliation claims. The court grants the motion as to Tesso's claims against Alta. Tesso may respond to the grounds the court raises sua sponte within 21 days of the date this memorandum opinion and order is filed.
