See 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c). This action is remanded to Probate Court No . 3 of Dallas County, Texas. The clerk shall effect the remand in accordance with the usual procedure. Mack shall recover from Gromer her reasonable attorney's fees, expenses, and just costs incurred in procuring the remand of this action.
