MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 9 Motion to Dismiss filed by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc (MERS), US Bank NA. The court grants defendants US Bank and MERS' May 2, 2011 motion to dismiss, and it raises sua sponte that Tur ner's action against AHK should also be dismissed and dismisses Turner's action against AHK. The court grants Turner leave to file an amended complaint within 30 days of the date this memorandum opinion and order is filed.
