Filing 14 Memorandum Opinion and Order. The Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction to decide Plaintiffs' claims against Defendant. Defendant's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction is granted. Plaintiffs' claims against Def endant are dismissed with prejudice. The Court finds no reason for delay and will enter a judgment for Defendant. The Court grants Plaintiffs thirty days from the date of this order to file a First Amended Complaint adding new parties and claims.
