Filing 73 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Second Amended Complaint does not cure the deficiencies of the Amended Class Action Complaint regarding the Individual Defendants' scienter, as set forth in the Court's 3/28/2013 Memorandum Opinion and Or der. Given its failure to properly allege scienter, the Second Amended Complaint's control person claims are also insufficient. As such, the Second Amended Class Complaint is hereby DISMISSED.
