MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court grants Defendants' 7 Motion to Dismiss and dismisses with prejudice all of Plaintiffs' claims except for the retaliation claim asserted by Carlos Villanueva ("Villanueva"). The court fu rther determines that the remaining retaliation claim by Villanueva should be consolidated with Civil Action No. 3:11-CV-2581-L.
