MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court concludes that Defendants have failed to carry their "heavy" burden of establishing improper joinder of Allcorn. This Court does not have subject matter jurisdiction over this case. Accordingly, Plaintiff's 5 Motion to Remand is GRANTED, and this case is REMANDED to the 116th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas for further proceedings. (Ordered by Judge Barbara M.G.
