MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court are Defendant/Counterclaimant's Brief Re: Subject Matter Jurisdiction (ECF No. 53 ), filed 12/16/2013, and Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant's Brief in Support of Jurisdiction (ECF No. 54 ), fil ed 12/19/2013. Having reviewed the parties' briefs and the applicable law, the Court finds that Plaintiff Mintech Repair LLC's claims should be and are hereby DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
