Memorandum Opinion and Order. Plaintiff Leo Schaff ("Plaintiff") brings this action for judicial review of the Commissioner of Social Security's ("Commissioner's") final decision denying his claim for a period of disa bility and disability insurance benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). For the following reasons, the Commissioner's decision is REVERSED and REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
