Carnival's Motions (docs. 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19) are DENIED IN PART to the extent they seek dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3) and transfer pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a). In accordance with Carnival's § 1404(a) Motion to transfer, and the valid and enfo rceable forum selection clause in the Ticket Contract, the Court ORDERS Plaintiffs claims transferred to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Miami Division, for all further proceedings.
