Filing 41 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Monetary Remedies and Entry of Final Judgment [Dkt. No. 32 ]. The Motion is GRANTED in part. For the reasons discussed herein, the Defendant is ORDERED to pay $235,39 7 in disgorgement, a $500,000 civil penalty, prejudgment interest on the disgorgement sum from December 31, 2012 until the date of judgment, less seven days for the period of time Bergin's assets were frozen pursuant to the May 23, 2013 Order Freezing Assets, and postjudgment interest on the disgorgement sum pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
