MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTIONS FOR SANCTIONS AND TO COMPEL: The Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Plaintiffs' 232 Motion for Sanctions Against All Defendants, except for the portion of the motion concerning c ivil contempt for alleged violations of the Agreed Temporary Injunction and Agreed Temporary Restraining Orders, which is addressed in the 299 Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge; DENIES Plaintiffs 39; 240 Motion for Sanctions Against Anthony L. Trombetta for Spoliation of Evidence; GRANTS Plaintiffs' 245 & 251 Emergency Motion for Sanctions and Request for Order; and GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Plaintiffs' 281 Moti on to Compel and For Sanctions Against All Defendants. By no later than 5/2/2016, the parties must file a joint status report notifying the Court of the results of the conference. If the parties do not reach an agreement as to the amount of attorne ys' fees and costs to be awarded to Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs must, by no later than 5/6/2016, file an application for attorneys' fees and costs.
