MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court reverses the Bankruptcy Court's 5/2/2013 Order Denying Motion for Dismissal Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 707 and remands this proceeding to the Bankruptcy Court for it to dismiss this case consistent wit h the court's opinion. Pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 8016(a), the clerk of the court is hereby directed to "prepare, sign and enter the judgment" in accordance with this order.
