MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS in part Plaintiffs' Motion (Doc. 123 ). The Court finds that Plaintiffs are entitled to attorneys' fees but not in the amount requested. The Court reduces the fees awarded in accordance with t he lodestar standards of reasonableness. The Court ORDERS Defendants to pay Plaintiffs $796,482.99 in attorneys fees and $42,753.13 in taxable costs, totaling $839,236.12, subject to post-judgment interest.
