P. 72(b)(3), the Court finds the following Findings, Conclusions, and Recommendations correct and accepts them as the Findings and Conclusions of the Court: 7 Findings and Recommendations on Case re: 3 Complaint filed by Candace Willrich; 9 Findings and Re commendations on Motion re: 8 Motion for TRO, Motion for Hearing, Motion for Injunction, filed by Candace Willrich; and 13 Findings and Recommendations on Motion re: 11 Motion for TRO, Motion for Hearing, Motion for Injunction, filed by Candac e Willrich. Accordingly, the Court DENIES 8 Motion for Leave for Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction Hearing, and Permanent Injunction and 11 Second Motion for Leave for Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction Heari ng, and Permanent Injunction filed by Plaintiff. And it summarily DISMISSES this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2). It also WARNS Plaintiff that the Court may impose sanctions, including monetary sanctions payable to the Court and fili ng restrictions, for filing a frivolous lawsuit or otherwise abusing the litigation process. Lastly, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) and Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(3)(A), the Court prospectively certifies that any appeal in this action would not be taken in good faith.
