Further, any repleading shall be accompanied by a synopsis of no more than ten (10) pages, explaining how the amendments overcome the grounds for dismissal stated in this Order. Should Kidwell replead, DISYS is hereby granted leave to file a response to Kidwell's synopsis. Any response shall not exceed ten (10) pages and must be filed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the repleading. No further briefing will be permitted.
