September 30, 2016	Filing 110 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Motions to Dismiss filed by Humana and Tufts (ECF Nos. 83 and 88 ) are GRANTED in their entirety. The Censeo Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 90 ) is GRANTED, in part, with respect to Defendants Dam bro and Greve. Relator's claims against these Defendants are DISMISSED under FRCvP 9(b). However, because this is the first time Relator has had the benefit of the Court's analysis of the sufficiency of her pleading, Relator shall have u ntil 10/31/2016 to replead these claims, to the extent she deems appropriate, in an effort to address the deficiencies identified in this Memorandum Opinion and Order. If and when Relator files a Third Amended Complaint, she shall also attach a redlined copy as an exhibit. In all other respects, Defendants' Motions are DENIED. (Ordered by Chief Judge Barbara M.G. The Censeo Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 90 ) is GRANTED, in part, with respect to Defendants Dam bro and Greve. Relator's claims against these Defendants are DISMISSED under FRCvP 9(b).
