MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Demott's motion to remand is GRANTED, and the defendants' to transfer venue is DENIED as moot. This case is REMANDED to the 14th Judicial District Court of Dallas County, Texas. Decision of Duma's motion to dismiss is DEFERRED to the judge of the state court on remand.
