MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss on forum non conveniens grounds [Dkt. No. 14 ]. Having considered the pleadings, the Motion to Dismiss, the Response, the Reply, the parties' other submissions, and the applicable law, the Court is of the opinion that this case should be dismissed so that it may proceed in Russia.
