MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court, therefore, grants Defendants' Motion to Set Aside Entry of Default (Doc. 16 ); denies as moot Plaintiff's Motion for Final Default Judgment Pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b) (Doc. 14 ); and dire cts the clerk of the court to set aside the Clerk's Entry of Default against Defendants (Doc. 15 ).
