MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiffs' proposed amended pleadings, and GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Plaintiffs Motion Amend (Doc. 19) filed by David L Patterson, Theresa R Flanagan. The Court GRANTS LEAVE to Plaintiffs to amend their claim for breach of the implied duty to reasonably market oil and gas and DISMISSES with prejudice their declaratory judgment claim.
