Filing 47 Memorandum Opinion and Order granting 38 Defendants' Motion to Strike. Plaintiff's 22 Amended Complaint is STRICKEN. The Court granted Plaintiff leave to file the Amended Complaint for the limited purpose of pleading facts to supp ort its fraudulent inducement and tortious interference claims. The Amended Complaint does not contain new allegations regarding Count 1 of the Original Complaint, a claim for copyright infringement. Plaintiff may proceed on that count in its Original Complaint. Filing 21 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER granting 18 Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim. Plaintiff's claims for fraudulent inducement and tortious interference are DISMISSED, without prejudice. Although the Court is skeptical that the Plaintiff can rea sonably plead facts that would support such claims, Plaintiff may attempt to do so by filing an Amended Complaint within thirty days of the date of this Order.
