MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The court grants 4 Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand and denies Plaintiffs' request for attorneys fees and costs and and denies as moot all remaining motions. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), the court remands this action to the County Court at Law No. 1, Dallas County, Texas.
