Filing 94 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Non-Party DComm, Inc.'s Motion to Quash Amended Non-Party Subpoena to Produce Documents [Dkt. No. 89 -3]. The Amended Subpoena served on DComm, Inc. is quashed as to Re quest No. 8 only, and DComm, Inc. must otherwise serve written responses but not objections, the time for which has passed to and produce all nonprivileged and responsive documents, electronically-stored information, and other tangible thing s as requested by the Amended Subpoena.
