MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Defendant's 41 Motion for Leave to File Appendix to Reply Brief in Support of Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is DENIED, and Defendant's 33 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED in part and D ENIED in part. The Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED with respect to Plaintiff's claims for (i) negligent violation of the FCRA and (ii) violation of the CCCRAA, and those claims are DISMISSED without prejudice.
