June 9, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 56 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions for Violation of Mediation Order [Dkt. No. 40 ]. Plaintiff may file an application for his reasonable expenses. But Northern Distri ct of Texas Local Civil Rule 7.1 requires that parties confer before filing an application for attorneys' fees. If the parties do not reach an agreement as to the amount of attorneys' fees a nd costs to be awarded to Plaintiff, Plaintiff may, by no later than July 7, 2017, file an application for attorneys' fees and costs that is accompanied by supporting evidence establishing the amount of the attorneys' fees and costs to be awarded under Rule 37(d). If an application is filed, Defendants may file a response by July 28, 2017, and Plaintiff may file a reply by August 11, 2017. (Ordered by Magistrate Judge David L. Horan on 6/9/2017) (mcrd)
