MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court DENIES Chrysler Capital's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 14 ) with regard to Zeigler's counterclaim for breach of contract and GRANTS Chrysler Capital's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 14 ) with regard to Zei gler's counterclaim for tortious interference with prospective contract. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES without prejudice Zeigler's counterclaim for tortious interference with prospective contract. The Court finds it appropriate, however, to give Zeigler an opportunity to replead it counterclaims. An amended complaint is due on or before Monday, 7/24/2017. (Ordered by Judge Jane J.
