Hassanpour v. Trump et al
Petitioner, an Iranian national, was detained at Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport when she attempted to enter the United States with an immigrant visa. Petitioner filed a writ of habeas corpus and a complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief on the grounds that the President's executive order violates her Fifth Amendment procedural and substantive due process rights, the First Amendment Establishment Clause, federal immigration statutes, the Administrative Procedure Act and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.
