MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Defendants' 21 Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claims against Defendants Hunt County, Randy Meeks, Jeffery Haines, and Destiny Tweedy are DISMISSED with prejudice. Furthermore, this action will be dismissed without prejudice as to John Does 1-5 if they have not been served within two weeks of the date of this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
