The Court concludes that Mack has stated a quiet-title claim against TRE, so TRE is a proper defendant in this case. Because TRE and Mack are both Texas citizens, the Court does not have diversity jurisdiction. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Mack's Motion to Remand. Doc. 10. SO ORDERED. (Ordered by Judge Jane J.
