August 14, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 38 FINAL JUDGMENT AS TO DEFENDANTS SHEZAD AKBAR AND AMERICRUDE, INC: Defendants are liable, jointly and severally, for disgorgement of $419,400.56 representing profits gained as a result of the conduct alleged in the Complaint, together with prejudgment interest thereon in the amount of $28,722.88, for a total of $448,123.44. Defendant Akbar is further liable for a civil penalty in the amount of $184,767.00 pursuant to Section 20(d) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. 77t(d)] and Section 21(d) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. 78u(d)]. Defendants shall satisfy this obligation by paying these amounts to the Securities and Exchange Commission within 30 days after entry of this Final Judgment.
