MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: The Court grants Baylor's 21 motions to compel arbitration of Hunter's state law negligence, gross negligence, and fraud claims. The Court additionally grants Baylor's 24 motion to bifurcate and stays Hunter's state law claims pending arbitration. Hunter's ERISA and breach-of-contract claims are not stayed and remain pending.
