Stevenson will be transferred to the Western District of Wash ington; Mr. Calhoun's claims against Defendants Los Angeles County Division of Child Support and Sandra Gonzales will be transferred to the Western Division of the Central District of California; and Mr. Calhoun's claims against Defendants State of MN DHS Child Support Enforcement and Ashley L. Parker will be transferred to the Third Division of the District of Minnesota. If an objection is filed, the order of severance and transfer is stayed pending further order of the Court.
