September 17, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: Defendant's allegations regarding residency are insufficient to establish the citizenship of Plaintiff. Given this deficiency, the court must presume that this suit lies outside of its limited jurisdiction, unless Defendant can cure the jurisdictional deficiency noted. Defendant shall, therefore, file a supplemental notice of removal that cures the deficiency noted by 9/27/2018. Failure to do so will result in the sua sponte remand this case to state court for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. (Ordered by Judge Sam A Lindsay on 9/17/2018) (axm)
