ORDER: Defendant's allegations regarding residency are insufficient to establish the citizenship of Plaintiff. Given this deficiency, the court must presume that this suit lies outside of its limited jurisdiction, unless Defendant can cure the jurisdictional deficiency noted. Defendant shall, therefore, file a supplemental notice of removal that cures the deficiency noted by 9/27/2018.
